介绍了TRIP钢的发展过程,着重论述了各合金元素在TRIP-辅助钢中的作用。在等温贝氏体转变过程中,由于Si、Al、P等元素的添加抑制渗碳体的析出,碳扩展并富集到残余奥氏体中以获得稳定的残余奥氏体。Mn、Nb、Mo、Cu、Ni、Cr和B主要改善淬透性,防止珠光体相变发生,也影响奥氏体稳定性。
The development process of TRIP steel was introduced, and the effects of alloying elements in TRIP-aided steels were emphatically discussed. During the isothermal bainite transformation, the addition of Si, AI and P was to inhibite the precipitation of cementite and to make the carbon extend and enrich into the stable retained anstenite, at last to obtain the stable retained austenite. The roles of Mn, Nb, Mo, Cu, Ni, Cr and B was mainly to improve the steel's hardenability to prevent the pearlitic transformation, and they also influenced the austenite stability.
