摘要
主要介绍了莱钢3200m3高炉INBA系统工艺设备的特点，以及在投产运行以来设备存在的缺陷。结合现场设备实际运行情况具体分析原因，并采取有效措施对设备进行适应性改造，从而有效地提高了INBA系统设备的运行可靠性。
The paper mainly introduced the characteristics of processes and equipments and the defects of the equipments since they were put into operation. Combined with the actual operation situation of field equipments, the reasons were concretely analyzed and the adaptability reformation was carried out by taking the effective measures, thus the running reliability of INBA system equipments was improved effeetively.
