菜钢400m2烧结机配置了两套余热回收装置，对环冷机第一、第二冷却段的高温废气进行余热回收利用，既有利于烧结矿的冷却，又可最大限度地生产蒸汽。介绍了莱钢400m2烧结机余热回收装置的工艺特点及应用。
Two sets of heat recovery devices had been disposed in 400 m2 sintering machine of Laigang to carry out the waste heat recovery and utilization of high-temperature waste gas in the first and second cooling sections, not only favorable to the cooling of sinter, but also producing steam maximally. The paper introduced the process characteristics and application of the waste heat recovery device of 400 m2 sintering machine in Laigang.
