摘要
通过对原飞剪剪切时存在问题的分析,对上下剪臂进行适应性设计改造。新飞剪在下剪臂侧安装了托料板机构,可以随着飞剪剪臂同步运动,自动调整到位后对飞剪剪刃入口处的钢材起导向引导作用,解决了轧钢生产中小规格螺纹钢飞剪剪切后倍尺尾部出现弯头的技术难题,达到了预期设计目标。
Through analyzing the problems existing in the cutting of the original flying shear, the adaptive design and improvement of upper and lower arms of flying shear were carried out. The stock supporting plate mechanism installed on the side of lower ann of the new flying shear could move synchronously with the fly- ing shear arm and had the guiding role for the steel at the entrance of flying shear blade after its automatic adjustment, thus the technical problem of head bending appearing at the end of multiple lengths after the smaU-sized ribbed bars were cut by flying shear was solved, and the expected design goal was achieved.
