棒材厂在开发无孔型轧制工艺过程中，对原有无法满足要求的滚动和滑动两种导卫形式进行了改造，制作出可调组合式滑动进口导卫装置，此导卫装置内腔尺寸及安装尺寸可调，适应性、共用性强，保证了无孔型轧制工艺的顺利实施及轧制过程的稳定，提高了车间生产效率。

During developing the grooveless rolling process in the bar plant of Laigang, the improvement of rolling and sliding guides which could not meet the requirement was carried out, and the adjustable and combined sliding entry guide device was made successfully, and this guide device with adjustable si- zes of inner eavity and installation had strong adaptability and common usage, ensured the smooth imple- mentation of grooveless rolling process and the stability of the rolling course, and increased the production efficiency of workshops.
