我国的林业发展已进入了一个全新的新概念时代,新概念林业对于应对气候变化、生态安全、经济安全、粮油安全、能源安全、木材安全等国家安全重要领域的诸多问题具有重要作用。作为国家重要的战略储备,林业部门应尽快开展相应的高层次人才培养和科学研究工作,进而促进新概念林业的发展。

The opinion is that the forestry has entered into a new era with a new concept forestry. As a strategic reserve, the forestry governments should carry out the appropriate high-level personnel training and scientific research as soon as possible.
