A Study of the Strategic Innovation System of Real Estate Enterprises Based on Qujiang Mode

通过战略创新理论和"曲江模式"理念,从战略模式革新,资源互补协调,战略要素重组,组织创新推动等四个方面分析探讨了D公司的战略创新体系内涵,形成以综合性城市开发模式为核心的战略创新和再定位体系。为地产开发企业转变思路,调整战略,形成独特商业模式,提升长期竞争优势具有重要的管理理论和实践意义。

Based on the theory of strategic innovation and the idea of Qu-Jiang mode, this paper explores a new strategic innovation system of the Enterprise D from four aspects, the reform of strategic mode, the coordination of resource complementation, the reorganization of strategic factors, the promotion of organizational innovation in purpoze of establishing a strategic innovation and reorientation system with a urban comprehensive development mode as the core. The study comes to the conclusion that it is of theoretical and practical significance for the real estate development enterprises to change the thoughts, adjust the strategy, form a unique business mode and upgrade the competence in the long run.
