彩色图象量化是图象处理中的关键技术之一.本文讨论了几种常用的色彩量化算法,并且提出了一种新的统计聚类算法.实验表明,该算法是一种性能较好。

Color image quantization is one of the key technologies in image processing. In this paper, several current color quantization algorithms are discussed and a new statistically clustering algorithm is proposed. It is shown through experiments that this algorithm has good performance and low complexity for color image quantization.
