间接脑血管重建治疗烟雾病患者的护理

Nursing for Moyamoya Patients Treated by Indirect Cerebral Revascularization

目的探讨间接脑血管重建治疗烟雾病患者的护理方法。方法回顾性总结2009年5月至2010年7月,在温州医学院附属第二医院神经外科进行住院治疗的10例烟雾病患者的临床资料,并总结行间接脑血管重建术的护理方法。结果 7例患者术后无严重并发症发生;3例患者存在意识障碍,其中1例患者因脑室再出血合并大面积脑梗死死亡。结论术前DSA检查、加强护患沟通及心理护理;术后加强病情观察,引流管护理,严防颅内再出血、短暂性脑缺血发作及感染高热等并发症的的发生,做好康复护理,是患者安全度过危险期、尽早康复、提高患者生活质量的保证。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods for Moyamoya patients treated by indirect cerebral revascularization.Methods The clinical data of 10 Moyamoya patients undergoing indirect cerebral revascularition in the hospital from May 2009 to July 2010 were summarized retrospectively,so as to summarize the specific nursing method of indirect cerebral revascularization.Results No severe complication occurred in 7 patients.However,disturbance of consciousness was observed in 3 patients and 1 patient died due to intraventricular hemorrhage and a large area of cerebral infarction.Conclusion To guarantee patients＇ passing the critical stage,realizing early recovery and improving patient quality of life,a set of measures should be implemented,including preoperative DSA,enhanced nurse-patient communication and psychological care,strengthend postoperative observation,drainage tube care,prevetion of the complications of intracranial rebleeding,transient ischemic attack,high fever and good rehabilitation nursing.
