从出土居延汉简看汉代戍边吏卒医疗保障制度

On the Medical Security System for Soldiers Garrisoning Frontiers in Han Dynasty

汉武帝时期大规模拓展边疆以及内地居民大规模外迁,边疆人口与日俱增。为了保障边疆吏卒的健康,汉朝在边疆建立了一列的医疗保障制度。从出土居延汉简等有关文献可以考察和了解汉代边疆军民的常见疾病、医疗制度、治疗效果等方面的情况,为研究秦汉时代西北拓展和有关社会保障制度提供历史证据。

With the process of border areas expansion and emigration in a large scale during the period of Emperor Wu in Han Dynasty, the government set up a series of security systems in borderland to guarantee the healthiness of soldiers and civilians. Based on the record on Ju-yan Han Bamboo, this paper summarizes common diseases, medical system, and treatment efficacy for soldiers and civilians in Han Dynasty.
