对线性最佳一致逼近，引入广义强单一性常数，研究其特性并得到一个方便的计算方法．该常数已用于估计（ 未知的真正） 最佳逼近与已计算得到的最佳逼近（ 由于计算机的舍入误差，故实际计算得到的仅是拟交错最佳逼近） 之间的误差．

For best linear uniform approximation,a generalized strong unicity constant is introduced to study its behavier and a convenient computation for it is obtained. The constant provides information on how a linear or nonlinear parameter could be best in arbitrary parameter norm.
