我军航空母舰配置口腔卫生资源需要设计研究

Research on Oral Health Resources Requirement of Aircraft Carrier Personnel of PLA Navy

目的设计我军航空母舰配置口腔卫生人力资源平战时的需要。方法根据特尔斐法(Delphi)及健康需要法估计我军海军航空母舰配置口腔卫生人力的需要量。结果我军航空母舰口腔卫生人力需要量相对较大,海军官兵口腔健康现状不容乐观;航空母舰编队平时年口腔疾病治疗需求时间48 701.4 min,口腔军医需要量为0.63人,战前两周需要量为7.27人。结论应大力加强航空母舰编队人员平时的口腔保障,建立并加强口腔卫生保障的巡诊制度,战时在航空母舰上配备颌面部外科医生非常必要。

Objective The article was aimed to research on military oral health resources requirement of aircraft carrier personnel of PLA Nary.Methods The evaluation of military oral health service requirement of aircraft carrier personnel was made with reference to Delphi and oral health service requirement.Results Military oral health resources requirement of aircraft carrier was comparatively large and the perspective of oral health status of naval personnel was not optimistic.Time of military oral health service requirement is 48 701.4 min/year.Requirement of military dentists is 0.63 per aircraft carrier,whereas requirement of military dentists is 7.27 per two weeks before a combat mission.Conclusion Oral health service on aircraft carrier should be greatly enhanced and system of medical inspection tour should be set up.It is essential to have doctors of maxillofacial surgery on aircraft carrier during war time.
