婴幼儿纤维性错构瘤一例并文献复习

Fibrous Hamartoma of Infancy:a Case Report and the Literature Review

目的探讨婴幼儿纤维性错构瘤的病理学特征,以提高对该病的认识。方法对1例婴幼儿纤维性错构瘤行手术切除及组织病理学和免疫组化观察,并复习相关文献。结果巨检肿物与周围组织分界较清,镜下肿瘤由3种组织成分呈器官样排列,未见核分裂象。免疫组化:肿瘤组织内SMA梭形细胞、S-100脂肪细胞、CD34幼稚梭形细胞均阳性,β-cate-nin阴性。结论婴幼儿纤维性错构瘤是一种罕见的软组织病变,预后良好。

Objective To explore the clinicopathologic features of fibrous hamartoma of infancy.Methods Ectomy was performed on the patient and histopathological and immunohistochemical observation were made and related literatures were reviewed.Results Gross examination showed that the tumor was distinct to perepheral tissues.Microscopically,fibrous hamartoma of infancy revealed an organoid pattern with three different types of tissues.The neoplastic cells were bland and no mitosis was found.Immunohistochemically,spindle fibrous cells were positive in SMA,the lipocytes of the tumor of S-100 and immature cells of CD34,β-catenin negative.Conclusion Fibrous hamartoma of infancy is a rare soft tissue lesion and proghosis is usually favorable.
