摘要
虚拟机床加工系统的组件化设计使我们建立了一个多总线的、并行的虚拟系统。这个系统能够完成虚拟加工,实现优化加工工艺、预报和检测加工质量的目标。本文对该系统体系结构的一些基本问题进行了研究。由于运用了组件技术,使系统的开放性、可扩展性更强,结构更加灵活。并使虚拟机床加工系统与其他虚拟系统以及CAD/CAM系统、制造网络上加工地之间的协作更加默契。
A multi buses and concurrent virtual system was setup by the use of component technology,Which was called virtual machine tool (VMT).The purpose of this system is to implement virtual machining and to optimize the process planning,forecast and measure processing quality.Some basic problems on this architecture are researched in this paper.Adopting component technology,this sytem is better in openness and extensibility and its architecture is more flexible.The foundation of this architecture makes the cooperation more harmonious between VMT and the others such as CAD/CAM system and machining plot on manufacturing network.It lays good foundation for development in the future.
