青岛市创新型科技人才现状及发展趋势研究

Study on the current situation and the development trend of innovative technology talents in Qingdao

分析青岛市创新型科技人才现状,对其发展趋势进行研究,结果显示,青岛市创新型科技人才总量在不断增加,人才结构和人才发展环境在不断优化,但是人才总量、高层次人才数量都有待提高,科技领军人才缺乏,人才结构有待改善。预计到2015年,青岛市创新型科技人才需求量较大的领域是电子信息、现代服务业、先进装备制造、交通运输装备、新材料、新能源、生物医药、海洋科技、现代农业、环境保护和资源综合利用、战略性新兴产业等。

The paper studies the current situation and the development trend in the future through an investigation of innovative technology talents in Qingdao; the results of which are as follows： the total numbers of innovative technology talents of Qingdao is increasing, the personnel structure and the personnel development environment is getting optimized; but the quantity of talents ,high-level personnel need to be improved and technology leader talents is less, also the personnel structure remains to be improved. It is predicted that, by 2015, there will be a bigger demands for the Qingdao innovative technology talents of these areas, especially electronic information, modern service industry, advanced equipment manufacturing, transportation equipment, new materials, new energy, biological medicine, marine science and technology, modern agriculture, environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources, strategic new industries, etc.
