矛盾既是和谐得以产生的基本前提,也是推动和谐层次不断提高和促进和谐内涵不断丰富的动力之源。合作与对抗是和谐关系中矛盾同一性和斗争性的具体表现,和谐是合作因子与对抗因子的矛盾统一体,合作因子与对抗因子的对立统一运动推动着和谐不断向前发展。和谐的发展过程是一个否定之否定的辩证发展过程,是一个在曲折中前进的上升过程。
