摘要
用红外显微方法辅以差谱技术获得了SO2-4 在环氧涂层中随厚度分布的红外数据.这些数据与该离子在涂层中的传输相对应,指出了用显微红外方法对涂层中的物质传输进行表征的技术关键在于具有光学均匀性的涂层截面的获得.
The IR spectra which demonstrated distribution of SO 2- 4 anions during transportation to coating/metal interface were obtained at the cross section of coating/metal system by using IR microscopy with substration technique. It displayed applied prospect and significance of micro\|IR as a new method for the characterisation and study of the transportation the corrosive species in organic coating. The key point to perform the micro\|IR techique lies in obtaining an optic\|uniform cross section of coating/metal system.
