摘要
作为"研"和"训"的先行者、指引者,研训教师不仅要具有终身主动学习的意识,强化自身作为学习者的角色意识,还要试图建构自己的专业知识图式,在"研"和"训"中将抽象的教育教学理论转换成具体的操作示范模式。同时,将因此而产生的经验积累沉淀成新的研训理念,实现研训教师的事业价值和人生价值。
As the pioneer and guider of "research" and "training", research and training teachers should have not only the awareness of life-long study, deepening his role of learner, hut also the attempt to construct his own professional knowledge schema, thus converting abstract teaching theory into con- crete operating pattern. In doing so, they can develop new research and training notions and realize cause value and life value.
