摘要
本文以白云石为原料煅烧金属镁的工艺研究,旨在克服现存工艺方法中的镁还原效率低、能耗大、生产周期长和污染严重的问题。该工艺方法包括破碎白云石、真空低温轻煅与二氧化碳回收利用、冷却并回收热量、混合配料球磨、混合料制团、真空高温热还原和取镁块及炉渣利用。真空低温轻煅是利用连续式真空煅烧炉将经过破碎的白云石在煅烧温度为500~1000℃和炉内压力为10000~60000Pa的条件下轻煅1~3h,白云石中的MgCO3与CaCO3依次分解,得到二氧化碳与氧化镁和氧化钙的混合物。在炉内流动并加热白云石的二氧化碳被回收利用。
In this paper,research on the process of using dolomite as raw material to calcine magnesium has been made,aiming at overcoming the problem of low efficiency,energy consumption,long production cycle and serious pollution in the technological process.This technological process include crushing dolomite,light calcining at low-temperature in a vacuum,carbon dioxide recycling,cooling and heat recollection,ball grinding of mixed ingredients,briquetting the mixture,thermal recovery at high temperature in vacuum,getting the magnesium and the use of the slag in the calciner.Light calcination at low temperature in vacuum is to use continuous vacuum calciner to calcine the broken dolomite lightly for 1~3h at the calcination temperature of 500~1000℃ and under the furnace inner pressure of 10000~60000Pa.The MgCO3 and CaCO3 in the dolomite will decompose in order.Finally we get the mixture of carbon dioxide,magnesium oxide and calcium oxide.The carbon dioxide which is flowing in the furnace and heating the dolomite will be recycled.
