摘要
组织实践能力是大学生应具备的基本素质。应通过多元化的体育教学方法来提高学生的组织实践能力,锻炼学生的意志,进而提高学生的综合素质。本文就如何培养体育教育专业学生的组织能力问题作一初步探讨。
The organizing and practical ability are the essential qualities that a college student should possess.We should improve students＇ organizing and practical ability by multilateral method of sports teaching,train students＇ will,and improve students＇ comprehensive quality.This article discusses how to cultivate the organizing ability of students of physical education major.
