摘要
本文根据独立学院办学特点及对师资队伍的要求,通过对吉林省独立学院师资队伍状况分析,提出了独立学院师资队伍建设的主要任务和途径。
According the school-running characteristics of independent colleges and the requirements of the colleges on teaching staff,this paper discusses the main tasks and paths of teaching staff construction in independent colleges through analyzing the current situation of teaching staff in the independent colleges of Jilin Province.
