摘要
教学秘书是高校教学管理成员之一,属于基层岗位,从事着极其重要的工作。本文阐述了高校教学秘书的工作职责和教学秘书人员应该具备的素质,并提出了建设教学秘书队伍的建议。
Teaching secretary is a member of university teaching management,belongs to a station of basic level,and engages in important works.This article elaborated the duty of university teaching secretary and the quality that teaching secretary should have,and put forward some suggestions of constructing teaching secretary team.
