摘要 我国的高校职称评审工作在几十年的发展中取得了一些成绩,但是依然存在着过于注重学历学位刚性指标、对工作的实际水平关注度不够、评审人为弹性区间较大等弊端,对于高校师资队伍的发展极为不利。探究解决这些问题对于深化职称评审机制改革有实际意义,可以进行诸如注重科研与教学实绩考核、实行评审论文答辩、强化评审公示制等方面的尝试,以促进职称评审机制的健康发展。 Technical Title Evaluation in colleges of China has achieved gratifying successes in the recent decades, but there still existed weaknesses such as the overly concern with the inflexible target of educational background and academic degree, paying less attention to the actual quality, the big flexible elastic space of the evaluation etc, which was disadvantageous to the development of the teacher team in colleges. To explore how to solve these problems was significant to deepen the reform of the mechanism of Technical Title Evaluation. We could make attempt of putting emphasis to the evaluation on scientific research and teaching quality, applying the oral defense on thesis evaluation, strengthening the Public Showing System etc, so as to promote the healthy development of the mechanism of Technical Title Evaluation.
