摘要
金华市位于浙江省中西部,虽为内陆地区,但从整个大环境看仍处中国东南沿海,在福建及浙江沿海登陆的台风均易对金华地区产生影响。结合历年台风统计资料,台风对金华地区有风力大、短时强降雨的影响。强化结构抗风设计,尤其要重视附属结构、临时结构的抗风设计,可以减少风力破坏;进行工程防护可以减少短时强降雨带来的负面影响,防止山洪、滑坡、泥石流、城市内涝等灾害的发生。
Jinhua is located in the Midwest of Zhejiang Province, although it is inland, from a wide range of view is still the southeast coast of China. Coastal areas in Fujian and Zhejiang Typhoon are easy to have an impact on the Jinhua region. Statistics over the years with Typhoon, it is short-term impact of strong winds, heavy rainfall. Strengthening the structure of wind-resistant design, especially to accessory structure and temporary structural design, the wind damage should be reduced. Engineering protection could reduce the short-term negative effects of heavy rainfall, prevent flash floods, landslides, mudslides,and other urban water logging disasters.
