RP—HPLC法考察佛手油包合物在凝胶中的稳定性

摘要 目的:制备佛手油包合物并考察佛手油包合前后在凝胶中的稳定性。方法:采用β-环糊精作为包合剂制备佛手油包合物,应用经典恒温加速试验法考察其在凝胶中的稳定性,以柠檬烯为指标成分,用反相高效液相色谱法测定佛手油的含量。结果:选择β-环糊精与佛手油的最佳投料比为8:1,估算室温下包合的佛手油含量下降5%所需的时间为未包合佛手油的3.6倍。结论:佛手油经包合后在凝胶中的稳定性明显提高。 Objective: To prepare the inclusion compounds of bergamot volatile oil and compare the inclusion compound with the pure bergamot oil about stability. Methods:β -cyclodextrin was used to prepare inclusion compounds. An accelerated stability test was carried out to study the stability of the inclusion compounds in gel. RP-HPLC was used for bergamot oil determination with limonene as index components. Results:The inclusion compound was made in 8:1 ratio of β-cyclodextrin to bergamot volatile oil. It was predicted that the time of the content of the inclusion compound falling by 5% was 3.6 times of the pure bergamot oil. Conclusion: The stability of bergamot volatile oil in gel is increased obviously when it was included by β-cyclodextrin.
