论企业“走出去”战略的实施

On the Implementation of "Going Out" Strategy in Enterprises

摘要 随着经济和对外贸易的快速发展,我国已成为世界第二大经济实体和第一大出口国,出口贸易规模的扩大带来了充足的外汇储备,也使我国成为国际贸易摩擦的主要对象,加之国际金融危机的影响,企业进一步发展受到阻碍。如何摆脱困境,成为企业面临的重要问题。加快实施"走出去"发展战略,是我国企业摆脱困境、增强国际竞争力的重要突破口。 With the rapid development of foreign trade, China has become the second economy body and largest exporter in the world. Expansion of export trade has brought plenty of foreign reserves, but also made China become the main target of international trade friction. Foreign trade enterprises are in face of the growing trade friction under the background of international financial crisis. Accelerating the implementation of "going out" strategy is an important breakthrough for enterprises to get out of the difficulties and enhance the international competitiveness.
