高校毕业生就业难已成为广受社会关注的重大问题。影响大学生就业的关键因素是大学生的就业能力。通过分析就业能力的内涵,提出影响大学生就业能力的三个关键指标,并围绕这三个关键指标,结合江苏经贸职业技术学院的实际做法和经验,探讨提升高职院校大学生就业能力的对策。

The difficulty employment of graduates is an important issue that receives widespread concerns. Employment ability is the key factor effects on employment. This article studies the connotation of employment ability, puts forword three key indexes, combines with the practices and experiences of Jiangsu Vocational and Technical Institute of Economics and Commerce, looks for the solutions to improve students＇ employment ability.
