摘要
数控机床在运行过程中如受到干扰,会直接或间接影响其运行的安全性、稳定性和可靠性,通过对干扰机理的分析,得出干扰的来源主要是电磁干扰、供电系统干扰和信号传输干扰,针对不同的干扰,提出了采取"屏蔽"、"隔离"、"滤波"、"接地"等抗干扰对策,保障数控机床正常运行。
Disturbances existed in CNC machine during the operation may influence the security,stability and reliability of the system.By analyzing the mechanism of disturbances,we find that the main sources are electromagnetic interference,power supply system interference and signal transmission interference.To the disturbances,the anti-disturbance technologies such as "shield","isolation","filtering","ground" to ensure the normal operation of CNC machine.
