介绍了数控车床可靠性数据的采集方法及其数据库的建立方法。对一汽集团长春齿轮厂的４２ 台ＣＮＣ车床的故障情况进行了跟踪调查。采集了可靠性数据。
s:The article introduces method of collecting reliability data and establishing the database. An investigation is made on troubles taken place on 42 CNC lathes in operating in Changchun Gear Works. Their reliability data have been collected and a reliability database of CNC lathe have been established.
