摘要
LOM 制件中胶厚分布不均匀严重影响LOM 技术的成形精度和应用效益。文章实测了ZIPPY快速成形系统使用的粘胶的流变学性能,建立了粘胶热压应变的力学模型,对模型进行求解和修正,并据此提出改善粘胶分布均匀性的措施。
s:The non uniform deformation of adhesive layers in Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM) seriously affects precision and application on LOM. The rheological property of the adhesive is measured by Brabender apparatus, and the maximum temperature distribution of the top most adhesive layer in the period of hot pressing is measured through using a special temperature testing paper. Based on these experimental results, the heat transferring principle and polymer in hot pressing process are built, solved and revised. According to these results some measures to get uniform adhesive thickness are advaned, which including that the roller and the workbench are unitedly controlled to strikingly improve the distribution of adhesive thickness.
