美人蕉花的止血作用研究

Hemostatic Effect of Canna Indica L.

目的:探讨美人蕉花的止血作用。方法:采用随机分组法,分别测定美人蕉花低剂量组、高剂量组、阳性对照组、生理盐水组小鼠的出血时间、凝血时间及腹腔毛细血管通透性。结果:美人蕉花能明显缩短小鼠出凝血时间,降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,其结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美人蕉花具有止血作用。

Objective： To explore the hemostatic effect of Canna indica L.Methods： Mice were randomly divided into normal control group,Canna indica L.（low dose and high dose treatment） groups and Vitamin K group.Then,the bleeding time（BT）,clotting time（CT） and the permeability of abdominal capillary were measured respectively.Results： The treatment of Canna indica L.could significantly reduce the BT,CT and the permeability of abdominal capillary.Conclusion： The research showed that there was hemostatic effect of flower of Canna indica L..
