配网自动化仿真系统智能重合器与分段器设计 被引量:6

摘要 针对配网自动化的自动故障隔离,设计了重合器、分段器的智能控制器。基于ATMEGA16单片机与ATT7026C多功能基波谐波三相电能专用计量芯片讨论了控制器的软、硬件的实现问题。详细介绍了ATMEGA16单片机通过SPI接口与ATT7026C进行通信,获取分相电压、电流值,并通过TI公司生产的Zigbee芯片CC2530进行无线组网,实现实时传输数据,按照配网自动化的要求进行跳闸,并根据现场要求,按工作人员预设值进行合闸与判断,以达到自动故障诊断和智能故障隔离的目的。与传统以电磁型继电器组成的重合器、分段器逻辑电路相比,具有可与上位机自由通信、可远程复位、故障发现速度快、智能化程度高等优点,为电力电子领域重合器、分段器的智能控制器的硬件实现提供了一种较好的思路。所设计电路与程序均已在配网自动化仿真系统中使用,并取得较好的效果。 An intelligent controller used to recloser and section switch is designed for the automated fault isolation in distribution automation.This device is based on a microcontroller named ATMEGA16 and multi-monics of the fundamental three-phase power metering chip called ATT7026C.This paper discusses the implementation of the software and hardware.It describes how ATMEGA16 chip through the SPI interface to communicate with ATT7026C to get phase voltage and current.Using the CC2530 zigbee chips which produced by TI for wireless networking.It achieves the purpose of real-time transmission of data.According to distribution automation requirement to trip and to site requirements and the staff purpose the device can determine and close.In order to achieve automatic fault diagnosis and intelligent fault isolation purposes it provides a better thought.Compared with the traditional reclosers,the new device has advantages of free communication with the host computer,can reset remotely,detect fault quickly,and has high degree of intelligence etc.The paper provides good idea for the intelligent controller of recloser and section switch.The circuits and program has been used in distribution automation simulation systems,and achieved good results.
