摘要
随着社会的快速发展,起重检测控制器在工业生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用,同时对起重检测控制器的安全性和可靠性也提出了越来越高的要求.起重检测控制器主要由信号采集和显示控制两部分组成,本文对信号采集原理进行了深入研究,采用电流传输方式,很大程度上改善了系统的性能指标.显示控制部分以STC89C51RC为核心器件,采用AD7896进行模/数转换,利用MC14489作为显示驱动器件,可实现起重物件重量显示和起重报警功能.研究结果表明:优化的起重检测控制器性能指标更好,抗干扰能力大大增强.
With the rapid development of society, lifting detection controller plays an increasingly important role in industrial production. At the same time it also puts forward higher requirement for the safety and reliability of the lifting detection controller. The lifting detection controller mainly are composed of signal acquisition and display control. For the principle of signal acquisition, the current transmission modes are used to study deeply, which improves greatly the capability indicators of the system. Taking the STC89C51RC as the core component ,the display control part is conducted by AD7896 A/D conversion and uses MC 14489 as a display driver device. The system designed can realize the weight display of the lifting objects and the function of the lifting alarm. The research results show that the optimization of lifting detection controller has a better capability indicators and the anti-interference capability is greatly enhanced.
