酸浸处理废铁料及电沉积制备Fe_(50)Ni_(50)合金箔

摘要 先对铁料废弃物进行酸浸处理,优化得到酸浸工艺参数为:硫酸浓度为30wt%,酸浸温度为70℃;再通过电化学沉积方法制备Fe50Ni50合金箔,研究电流密度、pH值、温度和对舍金箔组成的影响,得到最优电解液组成和工艺条件为:FeSO4·7H2080g·L^-1,NiSO4·6H2O120g·L,硼酸45g·L,柠檬酸三钠60g·L,抗坏血酸8g·L,糖精3g·L^-1,十二烷基硫酸钠0.2g.L^-1;电流密度16~17A·dm^-1,温度65℃,pH值2.2,电沉积时间60min,Fe-Ni合金箔舍Fe50±1%,厚度为50pm,厚度偏差小于8%,抗拉强度为550MPa,延伸率为30%. The acid leaching process of scrap iron was investigated and the ferrous sulfate electrolyte with high concentration was prepared. The electrodeposited technique of the Fe-Ni alloy is studied. The optimum acid leaching conditions and the best compose of electrolyte and electrodeposited process conditions were obtained. The concentration of sulfuric acid solution is 30 wt%, the leaching temperature is 70℃, the electrodepositing Fe-Ni are: FeSO4-7H20 80 g·L^-1, NiSO4·6H2O 120g·L^-1, boric acid 45g·L^-1, citric acid sodium 60 g·L^-1, ascorbic acid 8g·L^-1, saccharin 3g·L^-1, sodium lauryl sulfate 0.2 g.L^-1, the temperature is of 65℃, current density is 16.5 A-dm-2 and pH is 2.2. The Fe-Ni alloy foil are: 50±1% Fe content in the foil, a thickness of about 50μm, 530 MPa anti-draught strength and 30% of outstretched coefficient.
