摘要
通过对螺母盒的工艺分析，介绍了 形弯曲件一次弯曲成形的模具结构。指出了弯曲件高度尺寸较小时模具设计要点。表明了工艺分析对模具设计与制造的重要性。
On the basis of technology analysis for the nut-box,this paper instroduced the structure of bending forming die of NFDA1 shape stamping that was formed directly.The design essentionalities of dies was presented when hight size of bending stamping was smaller.The result showed that technology analysis was important for die designing and manufacturing.
