摘要
通过Q370qEN桥梁板生产中遇到的一些问题,从坯料成分选择、轧制成形和热处理工艺等角度出发,结合各阶段组织、性能变化,尤其是组织对钢板低温冲击韧性影响方面,进行分析和探讨。结果表明,组织的均匀性是保证低温韧性的关键因素,并且对今后生产工艺改进提出了几点看法。
Some problems in producing Q370qEN Bridge Hate are analyzed and discussed such as the changes of microstructure and properties in each process, especially the relationship between microstrueture and impact value based on the billet composition, rolling and heat treatment. The result shows that uniform microstructure is the key to guarantee low temperature toughness. Some suggestions are put forward in order to improve production process in the future.
