摘要
介绍了2550m^3高炉由炉缸堆积、炉墙结厚、炉况顺行差、生产指标低的炉况，进行治理恢复及恢复后的强化操作过程。经过上下部调剂相结合等多种措施，不但有效地恢复了炉况并且最终达到了大焦负荷5．5的好指标。
Some measures have been taken to resume the condition of 2550m^3 BF by combining upper and lower conditioning based on hearth accumulation, furnace wall liner thickening, the abnormal operation and unsatisfactory production index, which has achieved satisfactory coke burden ratio of 5.5 in the end.
