摘要
针对50窄带钢淬火回火后，冲锯片时出现断齿的现象，从化学成分、硬度、金相、电镜和能谱等方面分析，确定钢的碳含量偏高、夹杂物多是诱发断齿的主要原因。
Tooth - breaking occurs while impacting saw blade after quenching and tempering 50 narrow strip. It can determine that high carbon content of steel and high inclusion are main causes through analysis from several aspects such as chemical composition, hardness, matallographic phase, electron microscope and EDS.
