摘要
针对炼铁厂4#高炉多次发生均压放散油缸活塞杆断裂故障的原因进行了分析，并在均压放散液压回路中增加了减压阀等措施，有效地解决了均压放散故障，保证了生产的顺行。
The paper analyzes the fracture causes of pressure balancing bleeding valve in cylinder piston rod at 4# BF of Iron-making Plant. The problem has been solved by adding pressure reducing valve in hydraulic circuit.
