通过对我厂6m焦炉投产以来难推焦问题进行分析，简述发生难推焦时的处理措施。总结出入炉煤不良、装煤不良、加热不良和炉墙变形等四个方面的影响因素，以及防止和解决措施。

The paper introduces the causes and treatment for difficult coke pushing since 6m coke oven putting into production and summarizes four factors resulting in difficult coke pushing such as defective coal as fired and coal charging, insufficient heating and deformation of coke oven wall. Some measures are put forward to prevent and to solve the problem.
