结合高线厂的生产实际，对线材集卷的自动化控制系统进行了详细分析。主要从集卷筒内线卷的高度控制、双芯棒旋转的控制、送卷小车行走的控制等几个方面进行详细介绍。最终形成完整的集卷电气控制系统。
This article analyzes automatic control system of coil collection and introduces the height control of coil collecting device, the rotation of the double-core axle and the travel of the coil stripper car based on the coil collection in high speed wire rod production. The complete automatic control system of coil collection has formed.
