摘要
基于对翻边时应力应变状态的分析,提出了一种对毛坯尺寸进行修正从而得到较理想尺寸精度外曲翻边零件的方法。
Based on the stress and strain analysis of shrink flanging,an improved calculation method for the original-sheet dimension of the flanged part is given out. Thus an amendment is made and more ideal tolerance could be achieved for the work piece.
