摘要
对专家系统的关键技术———知识获取、知识表示和基于知识的推理机制进行了深入的研究和探讨。在分析了大量的典型拉深件成形工艺方案的基础上总结了拉深件工艺设计知识,并将它们按照冲压件工艺设计过程进行模块化组织。为了简化设计、提高效率,设计了采用正向推理方式进行分层推理的推理机制,并对推理控制策略进行详细的讨论。还开发了知识获取模块和解释模块以及系统与UGⅡ的数据接口,实现了拉深件工艺设计专家系统,即APDEX。
In the paper,key techniques of ES such as knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and inference based on the knowledge are deliberated. After analyzing a large number of typical deep-drawing process design plans,process design knowledge of deep drawing process is summarized. In order to simplify the design and improve the system's efficiency, forward inference engine working in the storied manner is designed. Also inference and control strategies are deliberated. After the development of knowledge acqusition module, explanation module and interface between the system and UGⅡ,a deep-drawing process design expert system APDEX is realized.
