摘要
人人网作为SNS网站,其以大学生为主体,以SNS社交功能为基础,以实名制为要件,以多功能集合为亮点等独特优势使之占有了同类市场的最大份额,可谓行业当中的佼佼者。然而,通过对人人网登录情况、功能使用情况以及舆论表达情况的全面调查,人人网的用户流失量问题、功能创新问题以及对信息保护的缺失所带来的舆论表达受限的问题等,直接降低了用户的满意度和体验舒适度,其中一些还是我国SNS网站共同的弊病。为此,明确品牌的特色定位,针对用户开发量身定做的优质产品,提供更加全面、稳定、安全的交流互动平台,打造健康的SNS生态链,应是人人网乃至我国整个SNS网站实现可持续发展的成功之道。
As a SNS website, Renren. corn has become the leader in the field with its university users, SNS social functioning, real name policy and multiple functions. However, after thorough investigating the login status, user preference and the opinion expression of the Renren. corn, some of the demerits have severely reduced the users' satisfaction and comfort. Therefore, it will be a successful and sustainable way for Renren. corn even the nationwide SNS website to ensure the brand position, develop good productions, provide a mutual safe and stable communication place and build a healthy SNS industry.
