摘要
学前教育究竟姓"公"还是姓"私",这是近几年来学者讨论的热点问题,也是我国现阶段学前教育办园登记时面临的困惑,因为这涉及到学前教育投入机制中的政府责任问题。换句话说,就是由于我国学前教育的定位不准确,导致问题出现。本文仅对学前教育的本质属性加以辨别,以求对学前教育投入机制中政府责任的再思考,从而进一步讨论在学前教育阶段政府应该承担起哪些责任。
A dilemma faced by the pre-education is whether it is publicized or privatized in nature,which has recently been a heatedly debated issue by scholars.Such confusion is caused owing to government's irresponsibility for pre-education investment.This paper analyzes pre-education's character and government's role,and proposes that government should take up its proper responsibilities.
