摘要 在分析小型热管制造的旋压法和犁削法的原理、特点的基础上,提出了一种制造微小型热管的新方法——犁削/拉拔法.该方法能经济、方便地制造出各种外径尺寸的微小型热管. A new technique for fabricating micro/mini heat pipe-ploughing and drawing is proposed based on the analyses of the principle and characteristic of the spinning and the ploughing for fabricating mini heat pipes.The new technique is economic and convenient for fabricating micro/mini heat pipes with different outer diameter.
