海上录井设备集成化发展的探讨

在海上油气勘探开发快速发展大背景下,录井技术也取得了长足进步,新录井技术不断地应用到油气勘探开发实践中,并取得较好应用效果。但也随之出现了海上录井技术设备占用平台作业空间、录井作业操作人员增多与钻井平台承载能力相矛盾等难题,而这些都会影响到录井技术的可持续发展。为此,从分析海上录井设备配置的现状入手,探讨了海上录井设备集成化发展的必要性、可行性,并就海上录井设备的集成化提出一些具体设想,以期录井设备集成化发展切实适应油气勘探开发的生产需求。

Under the rapid growing of offshore oil and gas exploration and development, mud logging technology has also made considerable progress. The new mud logging technology has been continuously applied in the oil and gas exploration and development practice and achieved good application results. But there followed the problems with it, such as offshore logging equipment taking up the space of the platform operation, mud logging operators increasing and the drilling platform carrying capacity being not enough, and all these will affect the sustainable development of mud logging technology. Therefore, the authors discussed the necessity and feasibility of the integrated development for offshore logging equipment and made some concrete ideas for the integrated development for it so as to make its development adapt to the production demand of oil and gas exploration and development.
