摘要 为提高综合录井传感器采集系统的稳定性和信号传输质量,简化现场安装布线工作,ACE智能录井系统应用CAN总线技术实现传感器系统的信号传输。通过对CAN总线技术原理和采集方式、设计方法的介绍,结合仪器现场应用情况及使用经验,对CAN总线采集系统各类常见故障的原因进行分析,提出了现场故障处理措施,为综合录井设备操作及维修人员处理CAN总线采集系统的故障提供了借鉴和参考。 To improve the stability of the comprehensive mud logging sensor acquisition system and its signal transmission quality and simplify the wiring work on site installation, ACE Smart Mudlogging System applies CAN bus signal transmission technology to realize its signal transmission for the sensor systems. By the introduction of the principles of CAN bus technology and the design method of its acquisition mode, the authors analyzed all kinds of common causes of the failure in the CAN bus acquisition system combined with the instrument application on-site and the experience, proposed troubleshooting measures on site and provided references for dealing with the failure in CAN bus acquisition system for comprehensive mudlogging equipment operation and maintenance personnel.
