摘要 从DML快速色谱仪分析控制软件系统方案设计入手,详细介绍了该系统的组成,对每一部分的功能和特点进行了细致的分析。该软件系统非常适合录井现场使用,是录井现场专用色谱分析工作站软件,支持多语言应用,色谱标定简单方便,可以多点标定,实时采集色谱数据,实时积分,结果计算精确,有强大的数据与图谱管理功能。同时,为分析结果数据实时输出提供了钻、录井行业统一的数据接口(WITS格式),利用TCP/IP-WITS实现与综合录井仪主机采集软件的通信。 Starting from the design of DML fast chromatography analysis control system software, the paper introduced the system composition with detail and had a detailed analysis for its functions and features. The system software is ideal for using at mudlogging field and is the dedicated chromatography workstation software for mud logging site, which supports multi-language applications, makes chromatography calibration simple and convenient and performs multi-point calibration, real-time acquisition of chromatographic data, real-time integration to get the accurate calculation results. The system has a strong data and spectrum management capability. At the same time, it provides the analysis result output of real-time data with a unified data interface (WITS format) of drilling and mud logging industry and uses TCP / IP-WITS to achieve the communication with the integrated acquisition software of the host instrument.
