铜氨络合竹浆纤维的制备及其抗紫外性能 被引量:2

摘要 为赋予竹浆纤维以抗紫外性,用配制好的一定浓度的铜氨溶液处理竹浆纤维织物,并由不同的干燥方式进行干燥,得到铜氨络合竹浆纤维织物。然后,分析测试了这些织物的抗紫外性能。同时,通过不同温度下皂洗试验,推算出铜离子与竹浆纤维的结合能。结果表明,处理后的竹浆纤维织物具有很好的抗紫外性,但其结合能不大。 In this paper, the bamboo pulp fabric was treated with the copper liquors to endow it with UV-block- ing property, and Cu ( Ⅱ ) complex bamboo pulp fabrics were obtained in different drying temperatures, then the UV-blocking performance of the treated fabries was evaluated. A test of soap washing fastness in different washing temperatures was carried out to calculate the chemical binding energy between Cu(Ⅱ) and the fibers. The results showed the Cu (Ⅱ) complex bamboo pulp fabrics was very good at UV-blocking activity, and the binding energy was not very high.
